	*2006 CABERNET FRANC* - *Dry Red* Aged for 1 year in American and French oak, this Cab Franc has a rich black cherry nose with subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco. A long green olive finish makes this an excellent food pairing table wine. $16.00

	*2006 Dry Rose' of Pinot Noir* - *Dry Rose'* Dry Rose' finished in the traditional Southern French style. Lightly fruity with notes of strawberry and cherry. Slight acidity keeps it lively. $16.00

	*2008 Riesling* - *Dry* Our Dry Riesling is a European varietal that performs exceptionally well in the Finger Lakes. Mineral, apple and citrus balance apricots and peaches. $16.00

	*The Lost irishman* - *Semi-Sweet* This blush favorite has a nice balance of acidity and fruit. Full fruit followed by a tart finish makes this wine a hit with dry and sweet drinkers - very rereshing! $12.00


	*Sweet Revenge* - *Sweet* Sweet red wine offering all the health benefits of a red grape while delivering a burst of grape goodness and a wine kick - Welch's has nothing on this! $12.00

	Seneca Steamer - *Sweet* Hints of butterscotch and honey round out the flavor of this exceptionally aromatic sweet white wine. $12.00

	*Traminette* - *Semi-Sweet* Developed at Cornell University, Traminette's German lineage to Gewurztraminer is evident with its spicy tones and full fruit character. $12.00


	*2007 Merlot* - *Dry* Dry red wine. $29.00
